Despite all the hurdles we faced with progressive insurance they remained vigilant and patient. We are so happy we chose to do business with them! They are so kind and honest! I was always aware of everything that was going on through Eddie, who knew that I'm a nurse and can’t always answer my phone, so he texted me. My car went in Monday and was done by Friday. The bill was even a little under the estimate which helped since I was paying out of pocket. If you need any repairs, go here. I got estimates closer to Savannah…$6000-$8000…ridiculous! I may be a female, but I certainly am not dumb. These guys are simply the best!

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.

As for the work on my vehicleS, I couldn't be happier. The repairs were flawless, and my cars look as good as new. They clearly take pride in the quality of their craftsmanship. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of collision repair—or auto repair work you’ll be in great hands.

Note I put vehicles….we used them several occasions, on different cars.  Trustworthy and very fair with pricing.   I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
